Busy Busy weekend

this weekend was tremendously busy. first, it was dave's big 31st birthday!!!! happy birthday big dave deluxe! we spent it at the happy mexican, which made us unhappy part of the night because our service kinda sucked. but it was good company, especially when drunk dave came out...ha ha ha.

becky, shawn, connor and fritz came in from ky. we ate and ate and ate. sorry about ruining your diet fritz! i fed them ck's coffee shop for breakfast, then we went to "the scoop on poop" at the pink palace which was a ton of fun, where fritz got the classic big ass piece of chocolate cake and hot chocolate to wash it down. that's when the snow started to fall. then i took them to some good ole bbq at central. i should say shawn was rather impressed.


jon and i labored out to rocky's house in the snow to let him out to go potty. then we went home and played with our own puppy dogs while the ky group headed home.

still working on the house but ohhhhhhh soooooooo close to being finished!

Kate Finally won!  Ya!!!!  I can't even begin to express my love for her, or more for what she has brought to the screen.  I hate that it took 6 nominations to get her there.  But there she was and up against the likes of Meryl Streep.  Congrats to Sean and everyone else.  Headed to bed.

ok...

so i am about to put the house on the market.  4 more days of hard work, then friends come in town and so hopefully i will be far enough along so they can enjoy it.  fingers crossed that i can get it done this week!

A Bad Blogger

But, I can't say I didn't warn anyone. I promise this weekend I will try and post some stuff. Like, the dogs and some pictures of them destroying a thing of paper towels. It would be funny if I didn't have to clean it up. Anything going on with me. Any wedding stuff, ha, that won't be much. Any Humane Society stuff. I will try to get this thing back on track. And hopefully people will read it. I know, I am a bore.
